At Village MVD we have set out to break the mold. At Village MVD you will be treated as a valued client and friend, not just a number. We want to take away the stress and frustration of visiting the MVD.
Village MVD was founded in Ruidoso Downs, NM in February 2019 and has rapidly expanded to include locations in Hobbs and Artesia.

Have you recently purchased a motor vehicle? Do you need to transfer ownership? Village MVD will assist you by making the process quick and easy.
REGISTRATIONS
We can assist you with a new registration or the renewal of an existing registration on your vehicle, motorcycle, RV, boat, trailer, ATV, snowmobile, manufactured or mobile home.
VIN INSPECTIONS
Village MVD performs level 1 and level 2 VIN inspections. We can complete the VIN inspection at any of our locations, or we can make an appointment to come to your home or business!
